Breathwork & Yoga
What is Breathwork
Breathwork is a somatic practice rooted in conscious breathing techniques that fosters self-awareness and facilitates the release of emotional tension. Through deliberate manipulation of the breath, participants can access deeper layers of connection with their body, emotions, mind, and spirit. This process initiates inherent mechanisms for emotional processing, allowing for both the release of suppressed feelings and those moments of personal insight. The clarity and strength of each participant’s intention play a pivotal role, shaping the energetic flow and guiding the internal shifts that may arise during the session.
Our aim is to cultivate a secure and supportive environment where individuals can discover and explore breathwork, dissipate accumulated stresses, revitalize their energy, and experience authentic presence—both within themselves and through the resonance of sound. In the interplay between the music’s intensity and the tranquility of our setting, breathwork acts as a bridge between self and community, linking personal expression with collective participation. We are committed to supporting your journey toward a richer, more embodied festival experience.

Yoga
The word yoga has been very popular the last several years.
But, what is yoga ?
Let’s start from the meaning of the word which is “connection” .
So, yoga is an ancient system of philosophy which focuses on the connection of the body, mind and soul. It’s a self-awareness system about the whole spectrum of life, strengthening the only moment that we can really live. The Present .
It’s a system without discriminations (age, weight, colour, gender) while it adapts to every person’s needs. Moreover, Concentration, Meditation & Breathing techniques are tools beyond the yoga mat. We could say that anything that happens with awareness could be called yoga.
Last but not least, yoga is nothing more but an experiental experience so we invite you to discover what it is for you and to share the experience under the trees , next to the see all together. Wow!

Dora Xagorari
Yoga Instructor I began working in the theatrical field as an actress and director's assistant. At the same time I started discovering the importance of breath on stage but mainly, in life . This led me to the deep exploration of the philosophy of yoga . Having completed the basic 200h training , I am just before completing the 500h training while additional tools have been added to my "collection" such as : Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness, NLP, Prana Anatomy, Meditation. So, today, teaching yoga but mostly being a student are an integral part of my life as they both bring me to the present. Here & Now. And then BALANCE .
